Experts from Caspian countries discussing in Nur-Sultan a draft agreement on confidence-building measures

NUR-SULTAN. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A second round of talks on security and stability in the Caspian Sea is taking place in the capital of Kazakhstan with the participation of experts from the Caspian states, the Kazakh Defense Ministry said in a press release on Wednesday.
