ASTANA. May 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is working on a Turkic ID project, which would allow citizens of member countries to use national identity cards instead of passports for cross-border travel, OTS Secretary-General Kubanychbek Omuraliyev said.
