Kazakh prosecutors warn against early campaigning ahead of Kurultai vote

ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office warned political parties and media on Wednesday that any campaigning before the official window opens for the Aug. 23 Kurultai election will carry administrative liability.
