Kazakhstan weighs options to overhaul pension system

ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A working group under Kazakhstan's Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has begun debating potential models for overhauling the country's pension system, including a Singapore-style framework that would allow workers to tap a portion of their retirement savings before leaving the workforce.
