Oil price gains slow after UAE announces OPEC, OPEC+ exit

ALMATY. April 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Oil prices eased slightly from session highs on Tuesday following news that the United Arab Emirates plans to leave OPEC and the OPEC+ alliance.
