BISHKEK. April 28 (Interfax) - A meeting of the defense ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries, which opened in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek on Tuesday, is taking place amid the extremely unstable international situation, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said.
