UAE energy minister says timing right to leave OPEC, held no consultations

MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - The United Arab Emirates did not consult directly with any country before deciding to leave OPEC, the country's energy minister said Tuesday, calling the timing politically right for the move.
