BHP trims quarterly copper output but lifts 2026 forecast on strong asset performance


ALMATY. Jan 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Global mining giant BHP reported a 4% year-on-year decline in copper production to 490,500 tonnes for its second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, but raised its full-year forecast for the metal, according to the company's report.
