Halyk Bank prices GDRs at $23 in secondary public offering
ASTANA. Nov 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan has set the price for its global depositary receipts at $23 each as part of its secondary public offering, the bank’s division, Halyk Finance JSC, announced Friday.
