Kazakhstan sets up government commission to investigate Caspian troop deaths
ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has set up a government commission to investigate the deaths of service members in the Caspian Sea, the Cabinet's press service said.
