People's Council, Kurultai must not encroach on each other's powers - Tokayev
ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Khalyk Kenesi (People's Council) and the Kurultai — Kazakhstan's new unicameral parliament — must not intrude on each other's responsibilities, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
