Kazakhstan looks to non-oil sectors as crude output dips

ASTANA. July 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's economic growth task force met to map out strategies for sustaining expansion amid a temporary decline in oil production, with a focus on non-oil sectors, the National Economy Ministry said Monday.
