Lavrov: SCO to denote both partners and observers as partners

CHOLPON-ATA, Kyrgyzstan. July 25 (Interfax) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries will unify the categories of dialogue partners and observers within the organization to denote all such countries as partners, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
