TASHKENT. Aug 18 (Interfax) - The Turkish company Aksa Elektrik, which won the international tender for the management of distribution electric grids in Uzbekistan's Samarkand region, has undertaken obligations to attract $357 million in direct investments for their modernization during the first 12 years, UzDaily reports.
