Samruk-Kazyna executive Otynshiyev named KTZ head

ASTANA. July 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Yelzhas Otynshiyev has been appointed chairman of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the state railway company, the Samruk-Kazyna sovereign wealth fund said Monday.
