Refinery activity failing to keep pace with oil supply, squeezing fuel markets - IEA

MOSCOW. July 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Global oil and refined product markets are moving in opposite directions as refinery runs lag behind rising crude supply, tightening gasoline and diesel markets even as oil availability improves, the head of the International Energy Agency said.
