Kazakhstan enacts amnesty law to mark new Constitution

ASTANA. July 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) -- President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law an amnesty bill marking the adoption of a new Constitution, along with related legislation, the presidential press service said.
