Kazakhstan's Kurultai elections set for Aug 23

ASTANA. July 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) -- Elections for Kazakhstan's Kurultai, the new unicameral parliament, will be held on August 23, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in a decree signed Wednesday.
