Russia did not win quickly in Ukraine because Putin was misled - Lukashenko

MINSK. June 16 (Interfax) — The war in Ukraine did not end in a swift Russian victory because President Vladimir Putin was intentionally misled into pulling back his forces, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.
