Kazakhstan PM criticizes KTZ chief over transit shortfall

ASTANA. June 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has rapped the head of national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) for falling 30% behind target in transit shipments.
