Kazakh deputy PM says small business closures driven by 'inactive and fragile' firms


ALMATY. May 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A sharp rise in small business closures in Kazakhstan during the first quarter of 2026 reflects a market cleanup of inactive and fragile entrepreneurs, Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin said.
