Kazakhstan allocates 1.8 billion tenge to upgrade Ridder heating system

ALMATY. May 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh government will set aside about 1.8 billion tenge from its reserve fund to repair heating networks and equipment at the Ridder thermal power plant, the Cabinet's press service said.
