Tokayev: UN Charter must not be applied selectively to armed conflicts

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The UN Charter should not be applied selectively but must be accepted as a comprehensive document, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Wednesday.
