Tokayev calls for ban on use of weapons in Caspian Sea

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called Wednesday for the elimination of any use of military weaponry in the Caspian Sea.
