UN sec gen's idea to monitor vessels passing via Strait of Hormuz requires consent from all countries involved - Russian deputy FM

MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres' proposal to set up a task force to ensure vessels' passage through the Strait of Hormuz needs to be agreed by all countries involved, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov told the Izvestia newspaper.
