MINSK. April 17 (Interfax) - Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) members deem the use of force in violation of the UN Charter to be unacceptable and propose settling international disputes exclusively by peaceful means, the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers said in a statement on the situation in the Persian Gulf zone on Friday.
