Putin emphasizes Moscow remains Tehran's friend, partner in his Nowruz greetings to Iranian leaders

MOSCOW. March 26 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian on the spring holiday of Nowruz, the Kremlin website said.
