Tokayev thanks Kazakh citizens for active participation in constitutional referendum

ASTANA. March 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev thanked citizens for their active participation in the referendum on adopting a new Constitution.
