CSTO members optimizing military personnel, hardware logistics - organization

MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - A protocol amending the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) agreement on cooperation between member states in transporting military and other units, their movable property and military products has taken effect, the CSTO said in a statement on Tuesday.
