Death toll in Kazakhstan cafe explosion rises to 9; 11 still hospitalized

ALMATY. March 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The death toll from an explosion and fire at a cafe in Shchuchinsk has risen to nine, regional health officials said Tuesday.
