MINSK. Feb 18 (Interfax)- Representatives of border agencies from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan have discussed the security of the CIS external borders, the State Border Committee of Belarus reported on Wednesday.
