ASTANA. April 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Zhabay River, which is a tributary of the Ishim River in the Akmola region, has started overflowing the earth dam, as a result of which local residents are now being evacuated from the town of Atbasar, the regional emergency department said in a statement.
