MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - The situation on the petroleum market caused by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East will become the main issue addressed in the upcoming session of the OPEC+ Joint Ministerial Committee, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
