ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Since the beginning of spring floods this year, more than 10,000 tonnes of humanitarian cargos have been delivered by rail to flood-stricken regions of Kazakhstan, the national railway operator Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) said in a Monday press release.
