REVIEW: Agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan surviving floods


ASTANA. April 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is going through difficult times - the country has been hit by floods, the largest in the last 80 years. A state of emergency has been declared in ten regions. And although, according to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, the floods are subsiding in the Aktobe, Akmola, Karaganda and Kostanay regions of Kazakhstan, the situation still remains critical.
