Kyrgyz security service to undergo quality reform - president

BISHKEK. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The Kyrgyz National Security Committee will undergo a quality reform, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said in an interview with the Kyrgyz news agency Kabar on Friday.
