MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - The threat of destabilization in Iran and the situation on the Tajik-Afghan border are factors that affect the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)'s security, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu said in an interview with Interfax.
