Tokayev declares current SEZ model obsolete, orders new development blueprint

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday ordered the government to design and approve a new development model for Kazakhstan's Special Economic Zones (SEZs), labeling the current system outdated and ineffective.
