Tokayev criticizes overstaffed, idle managers at state firms, demands restructuring

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday called for a sweeping overhaul of Kazakhstan's state-owned companies and funds, aiming at bloated management structures filled with underworked, ineffective executives.
