Tokayev orders halt to reckless budget spending, demands project review

ALMATY. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev issued a sharp rebuke to Kazakhstan's government on Tuesday, demanding an immediate halt to what he termed "reckless" budget practices and ordering a comprehensive spending review.
