KazTransOil to raise tariffs for Russian oil transit

ASTANA. Feb 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's state-owned pipeline operator KazTransOil will increase tariffs for transiting Russian oil through its territory, and for several related services starting March 1.
