Draft of new Kazakhstan Constitution proposes new national holiday date

ALMATY. Feb 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A draft of Kazakhstan’s new constitution proposes making the date of its ratification by national referendum the official Constitution Day, according to the text released over the weekend.
