Kazakhstan to reassess soldiers’ psychological fitness after troop deaths

ASTANA. Jan 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Defense Ministry has dispatched commissions to military units across the country to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations of soldiers following multiple deaths among conscripts this month, the ministry said Wednesday.
