Kazakh president appoints new press secretary

ASTANA. Jan 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Aibek Smadiyarov as his new press secretary, the presidential press service announced Thursday.
