Kyrgyz president appoints new CSTO deputy sec gen

BISHKEK. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has signed a decree appointing Mirlan Turgunbekov as deputy secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Kyrgyz presidential press service said.
