Drone attacks near CPC oil terminal push up insurance costs

ALMATY. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Drone strikes on commercial tankers near a critical Black Sea oil terminal have driven up insurance costs, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Wednesday.
