Kazakhstan to sharply hike recycling fee on cars from Russia, Belarus

ALMATY. Jan 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to increase the recycling fee on vehicles imported from Russia and Belarus tenfold, according to a draft order from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
