Kazakhstan proposes vice president as first in line for presidential succession

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's planned constitutional reform includes a major change to the presidential line of succession, Justice Minister Erlan Sarsembayev announced on Monday.
