Kazakhstan launches commission to overhaul Constitution

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's newly formed Constitutional Reform Commission held its first session on Saturday, beginning a process that could reshape the country's political system, commission chair Elvira Azimova announced.
