UAE hosts Russia-Ukraine-U.S. negotiations in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI. Jan 23 (Interfax)– Representatives from Russia, Ukraine, and the United States commenced negotiations in Abu Dhabi on Friday, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed.
